Privacy notice

Noverquis Ltd (ICO registration ZC275056) is the controller for the business contact details you give us and a processor for any personal data we encounter on systems you ask us to work on.

What we collect

Name, work email, company, phone if you give it, payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see full card numbers), and the job records needed to issue your evidence letter.

Why

To scope, deliver and invoice the job you booked (contract), to keep business records (legal obligation), and to send occasional service updates to business contacts, which you can stop at any time (legitimate interests).

Systems we work on

We access only what your authorisation names, process data only to complete the job, and do not copy personal data off your systems except where needed for a rollback, which we delete at handover.

Sharing

Stripe (payments), our email provider, and any vetted subcontractor bound by confidentiality. Nothing is sold.

Retention

Job records and letters: 6 years for accounting. Enquiries that don't become jobs: 12 months.
